There are no mounts. Vampire Shapeshift and the Witchcraft ability Mercurial Fervour speed up ground travel, while shrines cover long returns. A published launch guide estimates roughly 3–4 hours to unfog every map icon and visit every shrine.

Towers, shrines and map icons

  • Climb towers at night when vampiric traversal makes vertical routes easier.
  • Scouting a tower places nearby question marks on the map.
  • Approach a question mark to reveal its activity type.
  • Activate every shrine you pass; they are your fast-travel network.

The launch interactive map tracks settlements, vendors, quests, activities, lairs, manuals, legendary equipment and more. Use filters sparingly if you want to avoid spoiling discoveries.
